Cancellation Policy – Ceramic Vista

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • The order has NOT been packed or shipped.
    Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Cancellation by Ceramic Vista

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment was not completed

  • Shipping restrictions apply

You will be notified and refunded (if applicable).

3. Refund for Cancellations

If you cancel before shipment, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.
