How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping times may vary due to courier delays or high-volume periods.

How do I place a bulk order?

How do I check the current status of my order?

You’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is shipped. You can use that link to track your order in real time.

What payment options are available?

We accept Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and other online payment modes.

Can I choose a preferred delivery date?

Currently, we do not provide scheduled deliveries. You may track your parcel and follow the estimated delivery date shared by the courier. However, if you like it could be possible using super fast courier services, provided the payment is done by you.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes, we ship PAN India, but one order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple locations, please place separate orders.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with your order number and payment details.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns only in cases where:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product was damaged or had a manufacturing defect.
    Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos.

Yes! CeramicVista Gift Cards are available for gifting. These are digital codes sent via email and can be purchased in various denominations.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges. All prices and fees are clearly mentioned at checkout.

What is the validity of CeramicVista Gift Cards?

Gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
