Refund Policy – Ceramic Vista

We ensure safe packaging for all our ceramic products, but damages can occur during transit. Our refund process is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Damage or Wrong Product

To raise a refund or replacement request, you must:

  • Send us a full unboxing video (from opening the package until the product is fully revealed).

  • Raise the incident within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps prevent fraudulent claims.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are approved only if:

  • The product received is broken/damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • A major defect is present

3. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2–5 business days.
The amount is returned to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Claims without an unboxing video

  • Requests made after 48 hours

  • Minor color/texture variations due to handmade nature

  • Wrong address or failed delivery attempts
